PI Program

The PI Development Program is a structured, ongoing support program for families who want to better understand how biological, lifestyle, and environmental factors may relate to their child’s daily functioning.
Our Program operates on a monthly membership basis, as this type of integrative, educational work benefits from continuity and consistency. Families are free to pause or cancel their membership at any time.

Free Initial Consultation (Optional)
Families are invited to book a free 30-minute introductory call. This conversation allows us to get to know each other, discuss your questions and concerns, and explore whether the PI Development Program is a good fit for your family.
1
Become a PI Program Member
The first step of the program is to sign up for your monthly membership through our registration form. Once you've completed the form, you will recieve access to your private client dashboard. From the dashboard you'll be provided with several introductory forms to complete, and asked to upload any relevant documents to provide us with the preliminary information needed before our first consultation. Once you've completed the forms and uploaded your relevant documents, you can then book your first consultation so we can get started.
2
Intake Consultation
Our work together will begin with a 60 to 90-minute intake consultation, and the information you provide in step one will be carefully reviewed prior to your consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your child’s background and developmental history, from pregnancy to the present day. This conversation provides important context and helps identify areas that may be relevant to your child’s current challenges.
3
At-Home Lab Testing
Functional laboratory testing is a core and required component of the PI Development Program. Based on the information gathered during the intake consultation, we recommend which functional laboratory tests should be purchased from the laboratory. These recommendations are made to support educational interpretation and to help families explore biological and lifestyle-related factors that may influence everyday functioning. All tests are completed from the comfort of your home, and we manage the entire process, from ordering the kits and arranging courier delivery to providing you with easy-to-follow sample collection instructions.
4
Weekly Support Plans
Based on the results of your lab tests, we'll develop an individualized support plan that we'll monitor together on a weekly basis. This plan includes educational guidance related to nutrition, daily routines, and lifestyle and environmental considerations. Families are encouraged to share regular updates so the support plan can be adjusted thoughtfully over time. The process is collaborative and paced according to each family’s capacity.
5
Monthly Support Consultations
In addition to weekly support plans, families are provided with a 60-minute video consultation each month. These sessions provide space to review observations recorded in the client dashboard, discuss emerging patterns, ask questions, and receive ongoing guidance and support.

Client Dashboard

As part of the PI Program, families receive access to a private client dashboard designed to support clarity, organization, and continuity throughout the process.

Progress Tracking

Families can record structured observations related to their child’s daily functioning. Progress tracking is optional and family-led, and its purpose is to support reflection and shared understanding.

Clarity, Transparency, and Organization

Your client dashboard is designed to guide you and your family through the PI Development Program in a way that is easy to understand, structured but flexible, calm and supportive.
