We help children with Autism and ADHD make real progress by uncovering and treating the biological root causes that behavioral approaches alone can't reach.
I'm Dita Chapman, and for nearly two decades I've worked closely with children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental differences — and the same 3 questions kept coming up:
Why does one child respond and another doesn't?
Why does progress stall?
Why do so many children struggle in ways that therapy alone can't fully explain?
What I kept finding is that the connection between biology and behavior goes far deeper than most approaches account for — and when that goes unexamined, families can spend years working hard without getting the traction they deserve.
I bring together a combination of behavioral science, functional medicine, nutrition and lifestyle into a single cohesive approach, and for many families this approach provides a layer of truly foundational understanding that finally makes the rest start to work.
Being a part of making a positive difference for people who had almost stopped expecting it is the most rewarding work I've ever done.
Children with developmental differences typically have unique biological deficiencies, requiring individual attention and fundamental care before significant progress can occur.
We begin with state-of-the-art laboratory testing, delivered to your home, to provide a full picture of your child’s biological markers, and gain a deep understanding of the underlying conditions that commonly show up in how a child feels, focuses, connects, and copes.
We then develop an individual support plan, for you and your child, to balance deficiencies and harmonize vital systems, in order to help foster a deeply whole-body approach that often brings meaningful change.
Why your child struggles with attention, activity level, or emotional responses, and what may be driving it.
Why engagement, responsiveness, or connection can feel so inconsistent, and what may be underneath that.
What's behind the meltdowns, shutdowns, and difficulty with transitions, and how the body may be involved.
Why sleep is broken or restless, and how nutrition, routine, and environment may be contributing.
Why focus and learning feel like a daily uphill battle, and what biological or lifestyle factors may be at play.
Why connecting with peers feels so hard for your child — and what may be shaping that.

I appreciate the in-depth diagnostic analysis of the test results, which helped me understand the causes of the complications in my first pregnancy that led to the premature birth of my son. Thanks to this, I now know how to support my body so that my second pregnancy goes well and I can prevent the potential development of neurodevelopmental disorders in my future baby. The path I have embarked on is not easy — it involves a complex lifestyle change, where I am now thinking carefully about what and how I eat. Dita showed me a new perspective on nutrition and other routine lifestyle habits, and by changing these I now feel more comfortable and content in my body. It is not an easy process. But Dita is a wonderful support on this journey I have started — one which I know I would struggle to manage on my own.
I was introduced to the topic of functional medicine through my son, who is on the autism spectrum and showed significant food selectivity during his preschool years. At the same time, he was often irritable without any obvious reason, paid little attention to the world around him, and constantly craved sugary snacks from morning until evening. Because of this, I started searching for information on how to expand his diet and properly nourish his body so it could function as it should. What I lacked, however, was someone who could guide me through this complex and demanding process — from laboratory testing, which needs to be done abroad because such tests are not available in the Czech Republic, through interpretation of the results, all the way to setting appropriate goals in nutrition and supplementation. I found such a specialist in Dita Chapman. Thanks to her broad knowledge not only in functional medicine but also in Applied Behavior Analysis, she is able to approach individual problems comprehensively and within a wider context. An additional bonus is her enthusiasm, precision, and constant optimism. I can highly recommend working with her.
I decided to work with Dita to address long-term health issues that conventional medicine had not been able to help me with. Dita has incredible knowledge, connects things in a logical way, and helps me better understand my body. I truly appreciate the ongoing communication through the PI portal. We stay in contact even outside of the monthly consultations. I feel supported and know that if something comes up, I can reach out and receive a response. Dita creates a safe environment for sharing even the more difficult moments, such as when it is not entirely possible to follow all dietary restrictions. I highly recommend her to anyone who has decided to look for approaches that truly work.
We learned about working with Dita Chapman through the therapies we attend at Dami in Prešov, Slovakia. Dita recommended that we do an Organic Acids Test, and we decided to give it a try. The test results showed multiple imbalances — some values were very low or completely deficient, while others were extremely high. The entire process requires a lot of time, energy, cooperation, and patience. Regular consultations followed, which guided us and helped us better understand what was happening in our child’s body and how everything is interconnected. Gradually, we began to notice improvements in attention, awareness, eye contact, and vocalization. The treatment plan helps guide us in what to give, how to organize consultations, and how to monitor progress.
Before a new family starts our program, I like to have a relaxed, introductory call to hear about your concerns, understand your situation, ask each other questions, and decide if the PI program is the right fit for your family.
