The PI Program
At Pi we provide a comprehensive program of consultations, education, testing, mapping out a forward thinking strategy, and plotting the improvement process for your child, all with an extremely high priority on providing great care, compassion, understanding and patience throughout the process. Nothing is more fulfilling to us than to make a positive and impactful difference for you and your loved ones.
Phase 1 – First Contact
This phase begins with a simple First Step Email from you expressing interest in the program. We’ll then schedule a short introductory call to get to know each other and determine whether your child is ready for the Pi Program.
If the program isn’t the right fit at this time, I’ll recommend other options better suited to your needs. If it is, we’ll move forward.
Phase 2 – Initial Consultation
Once you book your initial consultation, through our Consultation Booking page, you’ll receive a comprehensive intake form to complete before our meeting. You’ll also be asked to submit all relevant medical documents, starting from pregnancy, as well as:
• Speech and Language Therapists (SaLT)
• Occupational Therapists (OT)
• Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA)
• Special educators
• We also require (from the parents) a 1-week diet and stool diary
Once this information is received and reviewed, we’ll proceed with:
• A 90-minute initial consultation
• Ordering of Functional Lab Tests
Lab kits are sent to your home, and you’ll return the samples directly to the lab by mail. Results usually arrive within 5–6 weeks, and during this waiting period, we’ll stay in touch with weekly check-ins via messages or email. You’re welcome to reach out Monday–Friday with any urgent questions. And if needed, a 1-hour video consultation is also available (for an additional fee).
Phase 3 – Follow-Up Consultations
Once your lab results arrive, we’ll schedule our first follow-up consultation to:
• Interpret the lab results together
• Discuss what they mean for your child
• Create a personalized plan of step-by-step improvements
We’ll then continue with monthly follow-up consultations to review your child’s progress and adjust the plan as needed, and the process will proceed accordingly:
• You’ll maintain a tracking spreadsheet to document your child’s changes
• We’ll meet monthly for a 1-hour video consultation
• We’ll continually review your child’s journey and ongoing needs
• At the appropriate stage, sometime between 6 and 12 months, we recommend a second lab test to track your child’s progress
• All the while, we’ll continually support your family in maintaining your lifestyle changes and help you feel confident in sustaining progress
This phase usually lasts up to 12 months depending on your child’s response and your goals. Of course, we’re fully available to extend our support as long as necessary with further lab testing, assessments, identifying any necessary areas of improvement, further strategic modifications, supporting your family, and helping you feel confident in sustaining progress.
You’ll never be left alone because our support community will always be here for you.
PI Program Fees
The fees for the PI Program are comfortably spread out over the course of the year to be as accessible as possible, and our fee structure is as follows:
• Initial Consultation: 300 EUR (plus VAT)
• Follow Up Consultations: 120 EUR each (plus VAT)
• Lab Testing: The lab test will be individually tailored to your child’s needs, and the fee will be determined after our initial consultation.
Tiered Pricing Based on Financial Means
We understand that every family has a different financial background. That’s why we offer a tiered support system, allowing families with limited budgets to access our program. A limited number of spots are available within different pricing tiers. When applying for inclusion in this system, we require documentation of all relevant sources reflecting your financial situation, including:
• Total household income over the past 12 months
• Contributions from foundations, non-profit organizations, insurance companies, or other institutions
• Financial support through corporate social responsibility programs (e.g., 2% tax donations or direct corporate gifts)
All information is handled confidentially and with respect.
